SO disappointed with Tumblr
Personally, I do not post what Tumblr considers “adult content”, but I DO have a healthy admiration for the naked, human body (whether it be female OR male). I find it difficult to believe that this site CANNOT or WILL NOT allow nudity after December 16th, 2018. I CAN understand the idea behind preventing sexual predators and/or pedophiles or other negative images/ideas from having a platform to spread rampantly. Having said that, I WISH the powers that be could come up with a better solution than doing a “blanket” ban across the board of what a lot of people (including myself) would consider “human art”. No matter what state of dress OR undress an ADULT person is shown on this site (fully clothed or otherwise) there’s still going to be a part of the population that will “GET OFF” on the images presented, and I have to say that some of the lovely people I have come into contact with on this site, will basically be told to leave (banned) because of their content……..even though they’re not hurting anyone, and it will be a SHAME to force them to go away. That’s wrong. If this gets ME banned, so be it…….but I’ll have had my say in the matter.
